My current focus is scaling lean and agile methods for a single product group of 200 to 2000 people (Asia, Europe & NA—usually multisite including offshore), and large (10,000+ people) enterprise transformations to lean and agile methods. Collecting these as tips to be call Large-Scale Scrum. Much of my work is in the telecommunications domain and in large embedded systems, but I also have helped agile adoptions in financial and other sectors.

• Reflecting my work over recent years, my latest book is Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Thinking & Organizational Tools for Large-Scale Scrum, with my co-author Bas Vodde, who has long and in-depth experience with very large agile product development and enterprise transformations (at Nokia Networks and NSN).

• The "...Thinking & Organizational Tools" book has a companion (second) book, which will be printing in early 2009. Also co-authored with Bas Vodde. The title is Practices for Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Successful Large, Multisite & Offshore Products with Large-Scale Scrum
