Thanks for visiting. Some come for my Interesting Things blog. My current focus is scaling lean and agile methods to product groups of 100-400 people (Asia, Europe, & NA, usually multisite), and enterprises with more than 5000 engineers, applying Scrum-7. The articles and videos section shares more details. In addition to helping large product development (often embedded systems), I'm grateful to have authored what has become the world's most popular books on software analysis & design and agile methods. I'm usually on a product, but occasionally coach some fun courses.
What's New
Reflecting my work over recent years, my next book (published early 2008) will be Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Successful Large, Multisite & Offshore Projects.
