Course Notes and Text

None.

If this is a presentation related to agile methods, lean thinking, or Scrum (the most popular agile method), this following will be of interest as a pre-read: The Scrum Primer

Room

  • It is primarily a presentation-oriented session, with Q&A, for a large group. Any room should work.

Projectors, Screens, and Relating Coaching Displays

  • 1 computer projector.
  • 1 white projector screen at the front of the room.
  • 2 flipcharts, on stands
  • 1 (relatively large) whiteboard (e.g., on wheels) at the front of the room, by the screen, so the coach can sketch

Other Supplies

  • fresh black WHITEBOARD marker pens, as thick as possible
  • fresh black FLIPCHART marker pens, as FAT as possible (so that the audience can see what is being sketched)
