Overview
This environment is for relatively short (0.5 - 1 day) workshops that focus on deep-dive Q&A, combined with some participation by the attendees.
Room, Walls, Whiteboards
- tables are undesirable; a relatively open space is preferable
- chairs arranged in a U-shape around the speaker area
- no special wall or whiteboard requirements

- for each attendee a BLACK WHITEBOARD marker pen (e.g., 20 attendees = 20 pens)
- 1 package of regular 8.5x11 (essentially, A4) inch printer/copier paper
- 1 scissors
- 1 tape
