Craig Larman

My current focus is scaling lean and agile methods to product groups of up to 500 people (Asia, Europe, & NA—multisite) applying Scrum-7, and large (e.g., 5,000+ people) enterprise transformations to lean and agile methods. I'm grateful to have authored what have become the world's most popular texts on software analysis & design and agile methods: Agile and Iterative Development: A Manager's Guide and Applying UML and Patterns.

What's New

Reflecting my work over recent years, my next book (published early 2008) will be Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Successful Large, Multisite & Offshore Projects.
