Table Layout
The best layout is a large table area for each team -- probably created by placing a set of tables together -- (e.g., 4 large table areas), where each team is surrounding their table, facing each other, on which they will set up their computers for team-based development.
If that is not possible due to size constraints, then Plan B: set it up like this:
