These are supplies the coach/speaker needs at the front of the room:
- 1 table
- 1 computer projector.
- 1 white projector screen at the front of the room.
- internet access (wire or WIFI) and related security access (e.g., via guest account, ...)
- 2 flipcharts, on stands
- if they are NOT "3M Post-It Flip Charts" (sticky), then 1 roll of tape (masking tape or "painters" tape that won't strip the paint off the walls when removed)
- 1 (relatively large) whiteboard (e.g., on wheels) at the front of the room, by the screen, so the coach can sketch
- 4 fresh black WHITEBOARD marker pens, as thick as possible
- (OPTIONALLY but desirable) fresh black FLIPCHART marker pens, as FAT as possible (so that the audience can see what is being sketched). REALLY BIG FAT PENS ARE VERY IMPORTANT IF IT IS A LARGE ROOM
